The Formfutura Matt PLA (polylactic acid) has been modified to give it a rough and matte surface finish. Matt PLA has excellent 3D printing performance, combined with excellent surface quality and fine details enhanced by its matte appearance.

Abrasiveness
Matt PLA has been modified with filler to produce an abrasive effect on the brass nozzle. When using Matt PLA for 3D printing, we recommend using hardened steel nozzles or Olsson Ruby.
