Thank you for choosing our service to create a one-of-a-kind cartoon-style 3D-printed keepsake for your special event (e.g., graduation, wedding, birthday). While we strive to deliver results that reflect your vision and the original photo provided, please note the following important details about our AI-powered process and technical limitations:
1. AI-Generated Content Limitations:
• Our AI tools are designed to transform your AI generated 3D image into a real 3D model. However, the final output depends on the quality of the input image, the complexity of details, and the interpretive nature of AI algorithms.
• The 3D model may not perfectly replicate the original image proportions, expressions, or nuances. Subtle differences in facial features, colors, or background elements are common and are not considered defects.
2. 3D Printing Process:
• Thickness Limitation: Due to technical constraints of 3D printing, any design element thinner than 1mm (e.g., hair strands, delicate accessories, or fine details) will be automatically thickened to ensure structural integrity and successful printing. This adjustment may slightly alter the design from the original cartoon preview.
• While we aim for color accuracy, slight variations in shading, texture, or fine details may occur due to the limitations of 3D printing technology.
3. Client Responsibility:
• We recommend reviewing the cartoon-style preview provided before confirming the order. Once finalized, the 3D printing process cannot be altered.
4. Non-Refundable Service:
• Due to the creative and customized nature of our service, all sales are final once the customer confirmed to proceed with the 3D printing production and make full payment . Refunds or revisions will not be accepted from this point onward.
5. Pickup and Shipping:
• We will contact you to pickup the product at our store when the 3D printing is completed. We can also arrange Pay on Delivery with SF Express at your own cost. We will try our best to ship the product in well protected shipping materials but we will not be liable to any damage caused due to shipping. Due to the fragile nature of the product, we encourage you to pickup at our store if possible.
6. Material Safety:
• Our 3D-printed items are made from non-toxic, food-safe materials, but they are decorative keepsakes and not intended for prolonged use or consumption.
