The Bambu Lab X2D is a new dual-nozzle 3D printer. The main nozzle prints the model while the auxiliary nozzle handles support structures, making overhangs, complex internal channels and fine details easier to print and supports easier to remove. The dual-nozzle design also supports combining different materials such as PLA and TPU, making the X2D suitable for creative, education and engineering applications.

Key Features

  • Dual-nozzle system: use the main nozzle for the model and the auxiliary nozzle for support material, reducing support-processing work.

  • Fast switching with less waste: switch between nozzles quickly for smoother colour and material changes.

  • High-performance printing: up to 1,000 mm/s travel speed and 20,000 mm/s² maximum acceleration.

  • High-temperature printing and active chamber heating: nozzle up to 300°C, actively heated chamber up to 65°C, and heated bed up to 120°C.

  • Smart monitoring: AI and toolhead cameras help monitor the build plate, filament tangles and nozzle clumps; the machine has 31 sensors.

  • PMSM servo extrusion: adjusts torque and flow in real time for smoother surfaces and clearer details.

  • Triple filtration: G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter and coconut-shell activated carbon layer help reduce odours and particles.

  • Multicolour and multi-material expansion: use the AMS series for expanded material support and up to 25-colour printing.

New to 3D printing? Our 3D Printing Beginner Course is designed for Bambu Lab users. The course consists of two two-hour lessons in a small class and is suitable for complete beginners. Customers who purchase a Bambu Lab printer can add the course at the promotional price of HK$500.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between X2D and X2D Combo?
A: X2D Combo includes the X2D printer and an AMS 2 Pro. X2D includes the printer only.

Q2: Which materials can the X2D print?
A: The X2D supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PC, PVA and fibre-reinforced materials.

Q3: What is the X2D build volume?
A: The build volume is 256 × 256 × 260 mm for both the main nozzle and the dual-nozzle setup.

Q4: Can the X2D print in multiple colours or materials?
A: Yes. With the AMS series, the X2D can be expanded for up to 25-colour printing and multi-material use.

Q5: Is the beginner course suitable for someone who has never used a 3D printer?
A: Yes. Add the beginner course for HK$500 when purchasing a Bambu Lab printer. It is designed for complete beginners.
