No 3D modelling experience or software installation is needed. From photo upload and AI generation to full-colour 3D printing, the whole process can be completed online.

Q: Is this the same as real-person 3D scanning?
A: No. This service uses AI to create a stylised 3D figurine based on your uploaded photo, then produces a full-colour 3D-printed model. It is not a real-person 3D scanning service and does not guarantee an exact likeness.
Q: Can I ask you to generate more designs?
A: The standard service includes three design options to choose from.
Q: If I don’t like any of the three designs, can I get a refund?
A: No. Orders are non-refundable once payment has been made and generation has started. You must choose one of the three designs as the final version for production.
Q: Will the finished figurine look exactly like the AI image?
A: An exact match is not guaranteed. The AI image is a visual reference for the design. The finished figurine may differ because of 3D model conversion, printing materials, colour reproduction and post-processing.
Q: Can I use a photo of a friend or family member?
A: Yes, but you must have the person’s consent and the right to use their photo for this purpose.
Q: How long does production take?
A: The time depends on order volume, model complexity and the printing schedule.
Q: Can the finished figurine be delivered?
A: Yes. You can collect the finished figurine in store or arrange delivery. Delivery costs are paid by the customer.
