Lee Gardens X Beets : Let’s do 3D Printing!
I believe many parents will have a question: Is 3D printing suitable for children to learn? This August, we will use practical actions to answer this question in cooperation with @leegardenshk. We will launch a 3D printing workshop for children aged 7-10 at Lee Garden Children’s Academy Xplore !

Children participating in the workshop only need an iPad and an Apple pencil to use Nomad Sculpt, a digital 3D sculpture software, to sculpt a 3D astronaut model with a unique personal style. Look how attentively the children are "drawing" their works!

In order to let the children better understand the process of 3D printing, we also brought a Monoprice MP Select Mini V2 3D printer so that the children could witness the "birth" of an astronaut with their own eyes. In fact, not only children, but also adults are very interested in 3D printing. They watched the 3D printer print an astronaut together!
After the 3D printing of the astronauts created by the children was completed, we also taught them to paint their own astronauts with their own hands. It was so fun that even the parents couldn’t help but paint it together!

After the workshop, both parents and children responded very well to the Lee Garden Children’s Academy. They thought the content was very rich. We were very happy to hear it. I believe we can collaborate again in the near future!
Children's creativity, like their energy, is infinite ! Their works are better than our adults every minute! I hope that the same infinite 3D world can help them realize their potential, stimulate their creative thinking, and work together to create a different world!
