The following terms apply to the Beets AI 3D Figurine Vending Machine service. By making payment and submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Payment and order confirmation

All orders must be paid online in advance. Once payment is successful, the AI generation process will begin and the order will be considered confirmed. No refund is available.

2. AI-generated design selection

Each order includes 3 AI 3D figurine design options generated based on the photo uploaded by the customer. The customer must choose 1 of these 3 designs as the final version for production. Even if the customer is not satisfied with all 3 designs, the customer must still choose 1 of them as the final production version. The order cannot be cancelled or refunded on this basis.

3. Design modifications

This service does not include additional manual editing, re-generation, redesign, or custom 3D modelling. If the customer requires further design modification, they may contact Beets separately to check whether additional paid services are available.

4. Differences in the final product

There may be differences between the AI-generated image, the 3D model, and the final full-colour 3D printed product. These differences may include, but are not limited to, colour, detail, proportion, surface texture, facial resemblance, and model structure. The customer understands and accepts that such differences are normal limitations of AI generation and 3D printing.

5. Photo rights and authorisation

When uploading a photo, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use the photo, or have obtained permission from the relevant person shown in the photo. The customer authorises Beets and its related systems to use the uploaded photo for the purpose of generating and producing the 3D figurine order.

6. Prohibited content

Customers must not upload or request production of any image or model involving:

Content that infringes another person’s portrait rights, privacy rights, copyright, or trademark rights

Use of another person’s photo without consent

Obscene, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or offensive content

Content involving illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate purposes

Any content that Beets considers unsuitable for production

If we find that an order contains unsuitable content, Beets reserves the right to refuse production without refund.

7. Production time

Production time may vary depending on order volume, model complexity, printing schedule, and post-processing requirements. Any time shown on the website or system is for reference only and does not constitute a guaranteed completion date.

8. Pick-up and delivery

Once the product is ready, Beets will notify the customer for collection. Customers may pick up the product at the designated location or choose delivery if available. Delivery fees are paid by the customer. Note that we will not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage during delivery.

9. Product inspection and issue follow-up

Customers should inspect the product as soon as possible after receiving it. If there is clear damage or a production error, please contact us within the specified period and provide photos for follow-up. Dissatisfaction caused by AI-generated style, expected resemblance, colour variation, or 3D printing texture does not constitute grounds for refund.
